DAMAGED UPON ARRIVAL
Every order is packed carefully to ensure that all items arrive at your door safely. Should a piece arrive in damaged condition, please email us at [email protected] within 48 hours of receiving the package for a refund to be issued. We also ask that you hold on to all parts of the piece and send us a photo of the damaged piece, along with the box and packaging with all labels visible. Shipping cost will not be refunded.
Damages outside of the 2 day limit will not be refunded as time sensitive insurance claims will be expired.
